An installer, not a sales operation

We started with one van and a lot of bay windows in High Wycombe. More than ten years on, the vans have multiplied but the way we work has not. The person who surveys your house is one of the owners or our senior surveyor, the fitters are employed by us, and the office answers the phone.

We do not run a sales team and nobody will sit in your lounge for two hours. After the free survey you get a written fixed quote by email, valid for 30 days, with no obligation.

The photo estimate on this site came out of frustration: customers wanted a rough price before committing to a visit, and we wanted to stop guessing over the phone. It reads your photos, counts and classifies the openings, and prices them from the same price book we quote from. It is not a quote, but it is honest.
